David Fountain

David Fountain has been a real estate agent and resident of Middle Tennessee for over 13 years. He provides assistance to many satisfied buyers and sellers in the Nashville area. As a Residential Real Estate Investor, David enjoys helping investors realize the potential in the rapidly growing Nashville market. David considers every real estate transaction an excellent investment opportunity. With more sellers receiving multiple offers in our competitive market, David uses his experience, and his designation as a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE®) to best advise his clients. This includes helping them select the best offer or to craft a winning offer.
David’s career includes several years of marketing and management experience. This helps him stay on top of the multiple details involved in buying or selling a home or property. His goal is to make the process as stress-free as possible for his clients and all parties involved.
David and his wife, Jennifer, enjoy raising their 9-year-old triplets (two girls and one boy) and 5-year-old boy, and 2-year-old boy in Spring Hill, TN. “We absolutely love Middle Tennessee and we’re very thankful for all the wonderful opportunities available to families here.”

Scott is a fourth-generation Realtor and has himself been a Realtor for over 20 years. He has a deep passion for the care of people. His motto, “a proven professional with a personal approach,” is a key factor of success when negotiating and interacting with others on behalf of his clients. Scott cares about people which drives him to care about the details of their real estate transactions.
Scott married the love of his life in 2003. Together he and Lydia have four children, including identical twins, who add a beautiful spark to their lives. Family is important to Scott. People are important to Scott. His approach to real estate mixed with his long-term experience as a Realtor and his value for people is a winning dynamic in any real estate environment.

Denise Battles

Denise is a second generation Realtor® who combines her love for the industry with her passion for serving others. Drawing from her years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant, Denise brings her sharp attention to detail and strong business sense to help buyers navigate a competitive market and sellers get the most value for their homes. She prides herself on building lasting relationships with her clients through her dedication, honesty, tenacity, and thoughtfulness.
Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, Denise relocated to the Nashville area after falling in love with its southern city charm, hospitality, and strong art, music and food scene – not to mention the weather! She is an avid sports fan of both Boston and Nashville teams and is an active volunteer with Best Buddies of Tennessee.

Andrea Stockard

Andrea started her career in Corporate America customer service and transitioned to real estate in 2007. Having been raised in Williamson County and experiencing its growth first hand, she is very knowledgeable of the area. Andrea has a passion for interior design, construction, staging, renovations and anything that involves real estate.
