Buyer’s Facing Bidding Wars

Due to the decreasing number of homes for sale in the Nashville market, we are continuing to see multiple buyers bidding for the same properties. As a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE®), David will guide you through the home buying process and help you avoid situations where you’re caught in a bidding war. David will make sure your offer is one of the strongest being presented, and this doesn’t always mean it needs to be the highest price offer. There are other factors that come into play when shaping the best offer when you find the right home. David always does his best to investigate the reasons why the seller is selling their home and what they are looking for in an offer in order to help his clients put together an offer the seller may find more acceptable. When putting together the final offer, David is extremely thorough in including all necessary documents and making sure that the offer is presented as professionally as possible making sure that his client’s offers stand out above the others.
